SALON POLICY
As a small business I ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. A minimum 48 hours is requested for any appointment changes.
New appointments require 50% deposit to secure your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
-NO SHOW will Incur FULL cost of the service booked.
Deposit held with cancellations outside of the 24 hour period will hold on your account for 90 days for alternative appointments.
This is not something that will be done lightly nor is something I wish to apply. I am grateful to have long waitlists and do my absolute best to look after everyone. 🤍Thank you for your understanding.
